Great question! Because our Scrubber head is made of silicone, it never needs to be replaced! With proper care and use it should last for years.
If it's starting to look funky with soap build up, just dump the bristles in clean warm water and clean with your fingers.

The Scrubber is water resistant and can be used in the shower! (Though, because we care about you, do NOT get the product or charging wet or immerse in water while charging!)

NaIf your product is defective or damaged please reach out to customer support and we will send you a new product free of charge.

Otherwise, we have a 30-day return policy. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. If you would like to return your ZAHAR products within 30-days, please reach out to our customer service team at support@shopzahar.com

The warranty on our Sonic Scrubber is 90 days, but if your device stops working after the 90-day mark, you can still reach out to us and we'll see what we can do!
