4.2. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Typical shipping times are as follows:

  • Mainland France: 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • International destinations: 2-10 business days.

4.3. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. ZAHAR cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unopened, intact, and in its original packaging.
