Where can I have my order delivered?
Products sold and shipped by ZAHAR can be delivered to Corsica as well as to the following foreign countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Andorra, Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the United Arab Emirates.
We are working to make ZAHAR available in all other countries. Feel free to send us an email at contact@shopzahar.com if you would like ZAHAR to deliver to your country.
How long does delivery take?
Normally, our packages are shipped within 48 hours in mainland France. During periods of high demand (like Christmas) or due to adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended. You can find delivery times by country and shipping method:
Would you like to return a product?
It is possible, as long as the product is intact, and in its original packaging.
For any return, please send us a quick email at contact@shopzahar.com, specifying your order number, the product(s) being returned, and the reason(s) for the return. We will then send you a return label and process a refund for the concerned product(s) once received.
Exchange or refund of your items is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
